6)Could you go to our country to do the field installation?
If you pay for the return fare and related spending, we can go to your country to fix, or we will transport the goods by sea, you can fix them by yourself according to our drawings.
7)How about your after- sales service?
One year against manufacture defect and offer lifetime consultation on problems occurred.

1. Under the terms of this warranty, if the product have a failure occurs under normal usage within warranty period, Hongye Shengda furniture will provide free/rework new products based on the proof-documents
2. If failure or damage due to incorrect operation, rough handling, or anything other does not follow our instruction,Hongye Shengda furniture will provide the new products but all charge will be collect by you.

The product range covers guestroom furniture (beds, nightstands, wardrobes, desks, lounge chairs, and TV consoles), lobby and reception furniture, restaurant and banquet furniture, corridor and public area seating, and outdoor furniture. Each piece is built to contract-grade specifications -- fire-resistant upholstery, durable hardware, and scratch-resistant finishes designed for high-traffic hospitality environments.
HONGYE has supplied furniture for 47+ international hotel brands -- including Hilton, Marriott, Kempinski, IHG, Accor, and Wyndham. International project references include Hilton Tashkent City (Uzbekistan, 295 rooms, 1, 770+ furniture units delivered in 52 days with zero defect rate), Four Seasons in Saudi Arabia, and Holiday Inn renovation in USA. The company handles full-hotel FF&E procurement, from custom case goods to complete room packages, with the capacity to deliver 50, 000+ units annually.
Customization covers dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, upholstery, and edge profiles. The in-house design team works from architectural drawings or brand standard guides and returns production-ready shop drawings within five to seven business days. Mock-up rooms are available for quality validation before full production begins.
The factory integrates panel processing, solid wood joinery, metal fabrication, upholstery, stone cutting, and finishing. German HOMAG edge-banding lines and Italian BACCI five-axis CNC machining centers handle precision work. Products meet 8 international certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BIFMA, GREENGUARD, SGS, CE, CARB P2, and FSC. Fire safety testing covers CAL 117-2013, NFPA 260, BS 7176, and EN 1021 standards.
Quality control runs through every stage. Panel flatness is checked with digital calipers. Upholstery stitching is inspected at 30cm distance under daylight-matched lighting. Hardware is cycle-tested for opening and closing durability. Finished pieces pass a 12-point checklist before packaging in export-grade cartons with corner protectors, foam inserts, and stretch film.
The 12-stage project workflow covers pricing, site measurement, design, finishes confirmation, mock-up, production, quality control, final inspection, packaging, logistics, installation, and after-sales support. Turnkey solutions from CAD design to global on-site installation are available.
Materials are selected for hospitality use. Case goods use commercial-grade MDF and plywood with HPL or veneer finishes. Upholstery options include FR-treated fabrics, top-grain leather, and PU leather in contract-grade specifications. Foam density is rated for high-traffic use (35-45 kg/cu. M for seating, 25-30 kg/cu. M for backrests). Hardware is rated for 10, 000+ cycle testing.
