Customization covers dimensions, materials, finishes, hardware, upholstery, and edge profiles. Quality control runs through every stage. Panel flatness is checked with digital calipers. Upholstery stitching is inspected at 30cm distance under daylight-matched lighting. Hardware is cycle-tested for opening and closing durability. Finished pieces pass a 12-point checklist before packaging in export-grade cartons with corner protectors, foam inserts, and stretch film.

The 12-stage project workflow covers pricing, site measurement, design, finishes confirmation, mock-up, production, quality control, final inspection, packaging, logistics, installation, and after-sales support. Turnkey solutions from CAD design to global on-site installation are available.

Materials are selected for hospitality use. Case goods use commercial-grade MDF and plywood with HPL or veneer finishes.
